I was really impressed with the front desk (receptionist). The welcoming smile, professionalism, and courtesy to apprehensive tooth/gum visitors to the office was very calming.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and super friendly . I also like the way Dr. Chin explained things and was going to take things step by step so it wouldn’t be overwhelming.

The words that come to mind when I think about Dr. Chin are extraordinary expertise and professionalism integrated with a profound caring and holistic spirit. She is a fabulous dentist. I have been her patient for 4 years and recommend her to everyone who simply talks about a dentist. When Dr. Chin was recommended to me, I never thought I would be pleased to go to the dentist. Value in dental care was not instilled in me as a child. However, as an adult, I tried to maintain good dental habits, but had not been successful. When I changed careers and became a registered nurse, I understood the importance of good dental care. Secondly, being part of the healthcare profession, I have extraordinary high standards for the medical care that I receive and am particular about the providers that are selected to manage my care.
Dr. Chin assisted me gaining a deeper appreciation about my dental care. As she conducted her first assessment, I was concerned about the plan because I had not been compliant with my dental care in recent years. I waited with baited breadth to hear the news. I was pleased that her dental plan was conservative because she felt my teeth were salvageable and that there was a high probability for improving my gum disease. The dental plan engaged me to take ownership in my treatment and appreciate the improvements. I have learned the proper way to brush, floss, and overall institute good dental care. She offers constructive feedback with a soft and caring demeanor by praising accomplishments and relaying when more is expected; all on the journey towards better dental outcomes. I have had series of work that has included exchanging fillings, wisdom teeth extractions, root canals and crowns; not to mention routine cleanings.
She is a perfectionist in the technical craft of dentistry and delights in her patient's progress. My patient experience leads me to believe that she envisions her patient outcomes and is driven in her quest to meet the goal; as if the teeth and gums were in her mouth. What has touched me the most has been her holistic and caring mannerism. It is not unusual that after you attend her office for a procedure or extensive work, the next morning the first call I a follow-up to ask about how you are feeling and she will want the details. In her voice, you know she left her office with you on her mind and has awoken with the determination to know if all is well. If there is a problem; small or large, she is never too busy to fit you in for an appointment and she will sit down and listen to the details with great concern. In a time when healthcare is in a state of flux, I take great pride in the fact that she is my provider and trust her judgment. She takes the time to know the patient, listens to concerns, works collaboratively for better outcomes and provides education without being judgmental. What is also remarkable, but not a surprise is the entire office team treats the patients with the same respect and professionalism. I cannot say enough about Dr. Chin, her skills, and the phenomenal treatment that I have experienced. She has and continues to help me on my journey towards better dental care which is the basis for overall good health.
A Genuine Dental Experience!
After several years of sub-standard dental care and wasted money, I was skeptical about trying a new dentist. But from the first contact with Dr. Chin's office, I felt comfortable to make an appointment, and I have never regretted that moment. It was a new day for me, and the dental care I have received has surpassed everything I have had before.
